Starting in November 2023, TechClean led the asbestos removal within the 8 story Burns Building at Lincoln University. Working alongside our key partner Southern Demolition, we were involved with skim coat removal from stairwells and foyers, vinyl flooring removal, pipes & gaskets removal along with exterior cladding and window putty - all prior to full demolition. A massive effort from our TechClean Canterbury team, all completed within timeframes and budget!
